18 Mar Preselected for the Collection RTBF/Canvas Collectie art competition!
This week-end, I participated to the preselection for the national art competition La Collection RTBF/Canvas Collectie, organized by RTBF and Canvas, two of the national televisions here in Belgium.
And I have had the pleasure (and surprise) of having one of my photographs from my Intrigantes series being selected!
The 160 preselected artworks (among about 1600 participating ones) from the province of Liège (where I entered the competition) are shown today during a one-day exhibition at the Académie Royale des Beaux-Arts de Liège. They will also be visible very soon on the competition website.
I entered the competition with three images from my Intrigantes series, Un autre monde commence ici, Rêverie, and Cuberdons. The image selected by the jury is Rêverie.
Will it be selected (26 among the 160 preselected from Liège) today by the national jury to go to the final selection that will be exhibited in Bozar in Brussels ? Wait and see!
